M.H. Ogilvie

M.H. Ogilvie, L.S.M., B.A. (Toronto), LL.B. (Dalhousie), M.A., D.Phil (Oxford), D.D. (Presbyterian College, Montreal), F.R.S.C., of the Bars of Ontario and Nova Scotia, is Chancellor's Professor and a professor of law at Carleton University in Ottawa. Dr. Ogilvie teaches religious institutions law, and has been a visiting scholar at the Faculty of Divinity, University of Edinburgh and the Princeton Theological Seminary. She is an academic associate at the Centre for Law and Religion at the Cardiff Law School and is a frequent contributor to Canadian and international journals on law and religion.
