Held entirely virtually from December 9-16, 2021, the delegation met with relevant Singaporean publishers, distributors, and associations, and conducted a virtual visit to the Kinokuniya bookstore and a combined tour of several libraries within the National Library Board network in order to gain an understanding of the different facets of the Singaporean publishing market.
