Mark Freeman holds a BA in liberal arts from McGill University, an LLB from the University of Ottawa, and an LLM from Columbia University. He is a former senior associate at the International Center for Transitional Justice. Based in Toronto, he actively consults on human rights issues in transitional and post-conflict contexts around the world.
