Kim Macsymic was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and raised along the banks of the beautiful North Saskatchewan River. She received her Bachelor of Education in Saskatoon, SK and has taught kindergarten through grade twelve in Saskatchewan and in the Northwest Territories. She is the proud mother of two boys, Connor and Keenan. Kim now resides in Unity, SK with her husband where she enjoys small-town life, teaching, writing and gardening.
