Executive and Finance Committee

The Executive and Finance Committee is responsible for providing guidance and decisions regarding strategic direction and financial matters, including internal controls, independent audit, and financial analysis.

Export Expertise Committee

The Export Expertise Committee helps the Board of Directors fulfill its oversight function by monitoring trends and issues in the export of Canadian books to foreign markets.

Nominating and Governance Committee

The Nominating and Governance Committee recommends nominees for election to the Board of Directors at each annual general meeting or to fill vacancies on the Board and makes recommendations to the Board with respect to corporate governance practices.
