Professional Days: April 17-19. The Bogota International Book Fair (FILBo) is the most relevant and long-standing cultural event in Colombia and the second largest book fair in Latin America. It brings together political decision makers, opinion leaders, as well as civil society of all ranks, around books, authors and important national and international issues.

Guest City: Lisbon. Professional Days: April 23 & 24. The Buenos Aires International Book Fair has an area of over 45,000 square meters and is the busiest in the Spanish-speaking world. During its almost three weeks of duration, it is visited by more than a million readers and more than twelve thousand book professionals.

Professional Days: September 2–6. The biennial São Paulo International Book Fair is one of the largest literary events in Latin America, where literature lovers of all ages can come together, explore a wide range of books, participate in fascinating discussions and interact with their favorite authors.

Every October, Frankfurt becomes the premiere meeting place for the entire publishing industry. The Frankfurt Book Fair is “the world’s largest marketplace for trading in publishing rights and licenses,” hosting publishers, agents, distributors, wholesalers, booksellers and librarians from around the globe.

The Canada Stand will be exhibiting in Hall 6.0. We are in regular discussion with the Book Fair to secure the best possible location for the Canada Stand, providing maximum visibility for participating publishers and their titles.
