Description
In 1937, Marie-Juliette cooks out of necessity and dreams of becoming a chef; in 1967, Hélène cooks out of obligation and dreams of a better life for herself and her children; in 2016, Émilie cooks out of challenge and dreams of opening a restaurant. These three go-getters are taking the gamble to invent a life for themselves.
